Impact Leadership Board Members

Impact Leadership is governed by a board of directors from many different backgrounds. Below is a list of the current board members of Impact Leadership.

Geoff Strong

Geoff practiced as a commercial lawyer for 27 years and over the last 20 years has mentored and coached emerging leaders in business and the community. Geoff brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Impact Leadership Board with a very impressive resume. In addition to holding a Masters of Law, Geoff also holds a Masters of Applied Science in OH&S Env. and a Masters of Business Administration majoring in leadership. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is also currently completing a Doctorate of Business Administration.

Ronan McGinniss

Ronan is the founder and director of Impact Leadership. Ronan has a wealth of experience and breadth of knowledge that stems back since his role as Head Boy at his school in Perth. Since then he has completed a Management Degree and worked with teenagers in various capacities. Ronan also owns and manages two small businesses.

Andrew Strong

Andrew has played a key role in the development of Impact Leadership since it was first founded and he is the current Managing Director. Andrew has completed a Business Management Degree as well as a Masters of Leadership and Management in Education. Andrew has been on staff at a secondary school in Sydney for the past 10 years and has also worked as a business leadership consultant.
