About Impact Leadership

Impact Leadership is an independent not for profit organisation that exists to develop leadership skills (capabilities and competencies) among young people so that they can have a positive influence on those around them. Most known for the "Impact Student Leadership Conferences", the team also presents tailored seminars and presentations for schools. Impact Leadership programs are fresh, practical, interactive and enjoyed by thousands of students each year.   Impact Leadership is endorsed by leaders, educators, politicians and business people around Australia. Impact Leadership is a values driven organisation. The core values below represent the heartbeat of all Impact Leadership staff and volunteers.   CORE VALUES PEOPLE: Every human being is of great significance, and has a purpose to fulfil.          RELATIONSHIP: Life can be experienced more fully through interaction and unity with others.  GROWTH: We all have a responsibility to develop that which has been given to us on behalf of all those whom will benefit from it.   INTEGRITY: A committment to truth and honesty in dealings.  The majority of the Impact Leadership Team are young volunteers who are committed to passing on their knowledge and experience to develop today's student leaders. A board of directors and a small number of specialised staff oversee the operations of Impact Leadership.  Impact Leadership does not promote any particular religious or political view but rather presents accepted leadership values that are transcendent of religion, race and culture. Impact Leadership is funded through the fees paid by schools for conferences and seminars, as well as contributions from a number of donors and sponsors.
