Why We Exist

Impact Leadership is an independent not for profit organisation that exists to develop leadership skills (capabilities and competencies) among young people so that they can have a positive influence on those around them.

Most known for the Impact Student Leadership Conferences, the team also presents tailored seminars and presentations for schools. Impact Leadership programs are fresh, practical, interactive and enjoyed by thousands of students each year.

Impact Leadership is endorsed by leaders, educators, politicians and business people around Australia.

Impact Leadership is a values driven organisation. The core values below represent the heartbeat of all Impact Leadership staff and volunteers.

Impact Leadership does not promote any particular religious or political view but rather presents accepted leadership values that are transcendent of religion, race and culture.

Impact Leadership is funded through the fees paid by schools for conferences and seminars, as well as contributions from a number of donors and sponsors.
